School FeePay Features

School FeePay is available to all government recognised education and training providers.  To make School FeePay available to students the School (education provider) simply registers for a School FeePay facility. 

School FeePay can be used to fund tuition fees annually or by term and can also fund almost any other education related expenses and charges.

Families can apply for School FeePay online or by downloading an application form.

Approvals are processed within 24 hours and fees are disbursed to the school in full within a few days and School FeePay also has an automatic rollover facility that allows families to elect to automatically use School FeePay each year without reapplying.  

School FeePay manages the entire process and participating Schools no longer have to engage in payment collections, late fee collection or debt recovery action.  Most importantly, the student’s enrolment is protected for the term of the School FeePay agreement providing peace of mind to Families and Schools.
